 When do you set up and pick up?

We set up the morning of your party or at least one hour before the event. Please let us know if you need a special delivery time, and we will do our best to accommodate.

We pickup same-day after the rental time has passed. This allows us time to clean and sanitize the rentals.

Does the price include delivery and setup?

We offer a pro-rated delivery price for most of Jacksonville and surrounding areas. Our delivery is based on mileage set to $1 a mile. Set up fees will be accessed and applied based on number of rentals.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards.  We invoice our clients for deposit and 2 days prior to the event. If paying by cash, please have exact change as our delivery crew does not carry cash. Payment in full is due 2 days prior to the event.

Do you require a deposit?

We require a 20% non-refundable deposit to book any of our inflatable rental equipment and add ons. The deposit is applied towards the total of your rental. If you need to cancel your event, we will hold your deposit so you can reschedule for any future date.

What surfaces do you set up on?

We can set up on grass, turf, asphalt, concrete, pavers, or inside a venue or home. We cannot under any circumstances set up on rocks, gravel, or dirt. Please see dimensions of rental equipment for clearance.

Do you set up at parks?

We are fully licensed and insured, so we can set up at parks. It’s your job to make sure the park has electrical hookups to power the blower. We offer generator rentals for $50. Please check with your park ahead of time to see what permits or proof of insurance they need us to provide.

What is your rain policy?

There’s a few options available to you when it comes to rain:

  1. Move it inside: Don’t worry if space is an issue! Our vast inventory will ensure you get a play area for your tiny guests to enjoy.

  2. Get a tent: We’ve got a list of amazing tent vendors that provide great service! We have a 10x20 tent that covers the Softplay area that can be added at any time. Subject to availability.

  3. Reschedule: There is absolutely no penalty fee if you choose to reschedule your event.

  4. Refund: If all else fails and there’s no covered space available or any space indoors and you absolutely cannot reschedule, we will refund you all but your deposit. Your deposit remains as credit that can be used up to a year from your event date.

How many people fit in a bounce?

The weight limit for our bounce is 750lbs. We trust our clients to use their discretion when renting our equipment. No more than 5 people at a time is our general rule.

How do I have fun in the bubble house?


Our bubble house is an amazing experience and fun for the whole family! When used properly, the bubble house uses air to push balloons around creating a magical experience. The two chambers must be kept closed at all times and the blower should be kept clear of debris. When staying inside for long periods of time, it may get hot. Please ensure adult supervision at all times.
